- Custom Orders: Once an order is placed, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the creation process. Full payment must be completed before the delivery of the reborn doll.
- Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be canceled once the creation process has begun.
- Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom reborn dolls. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss possible solutions.
